VadhuVar Bandhan Matrimony App is committed to providing a secure and trusted matchmaking environment. We have strict, zero-tolerance policies against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), and any form of minor exploitation.

1. Strict Age Restriction (18+)

VadhuVar Bandhan is exclusively for adults looking for marriage matchmaking. Registration is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 and older. To enforce this standard:

• Users must provide their legal date of birth during signup.
• Mandatory Aadhaar Card verification requires a valid 12-digit number which is validated to verify authentic adult identity.
• Any account suspected to belong to a minor (under 18) is immediately suspended and permanently banned.

2. Zero-Tolerance for CSAE/CSAM

We maintain an absolute zero-tolerance policy against CSAE/CSAM. We do not permit, tolerate, or facilitate any content that depicts or promotes the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.

3. Automated and Manual Moderation

To keep our platform safe, we implement robust screening standards:

• AI Photo Validation: All profile pictures uploaded undergo device-level AI face detection checks to confirm the presence of exactly one adult face. Inappropriate photos are automatically rejected.
• Manual Moderation: Our moderation team reviews user-submitted profiles, photos, and reports daily.
• Chat Filters: Automated keyword filters flag any suspicious language or behavior.

4. Reporting and Abuse Management

We empower our community to maintain safety standards. Users can report any profile inside the app. When abuse or exploitation is reported:

• The reported profile is flagged and immediately hidden from search results pending investigation.
• Our security team reviews the user data within 24 hours.
• Profiles violating Child Safety policies are permanently deleted, and the device hardware ID is blocked.

5. Law Enforcement Cooperation

In accordance with local and international regulations, we coordinate with government authorities and cybercrime cells to report child exploitation material or behavior. We preserve necessary logs to assist legal investigations.
